I have 6 autoimmune diseases and I can tell you that they suck! I’m 55, been disabled since I was 42 and I just try to make the best of things. Rest when you need to! That’s honestly the best advise I can give you. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I fwwl the same always so exhausted among other things we won’t talk about lol. I had the pellets out in 3 weeks ago and no difference now I’m no get all the time. I have lost 82 pounds and terrified of putting it back on.
