@jpgcoaching: I posted this back in 2022 but I’ve been getting a lot of questions about Kelso shrugs and t bar rows after @Jeff Nippard recently posted his video on them. Whether or not you’ll still be able to do some Kelso shrugs after your rows will depend on your form, individual structure and how strong your traps and rear delts are. If you don’t feel like resting for sets of Kelso shrugs after your rows I still think this is a great way to squeeze in some trap work with less time added to your workout.
