@marahsophie: apple cinnamon muffins - naturally sweet & perfect for a healthy snack ✨ what you need: • 150 g oats • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp cinnamon • a pinch of salt • 2 eggs • 300 g unsweetened applesauce • 70 ml almond milk • 3 apples (finely chopped) for the topping: • for the topping skyr or greek yoghurt • some almond milk • as much cinnamon & sweetener as you like (I used no sugar vanilla syrup) how to: 1. preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) 2. mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt 3. in another bowl, mix applesauce, eggs and almond milk 4. combine wet and dry ingredients. 5. fold in the chopped apples 6. fill the muffin cups and bake for about 25 minutes 7. prepare the topping as shown in the video 8. put everything together & enjoy 🤍 #healthyrecipes #nosugar #fallbaking #muffins #cleaneating
