I used to use "hmm, aa". My MUET teacher asked me to watch how Tun Mahathir gave his speech. He will pause or silent when thinking. I tried it and it's work! I barely use "hmm, aa", but i still using "basically, technically". Ok, kena improve, Rashidah!!
