TRUE, as a person who has lived in latam (Oaxaca, Mx specifically) there is literally proletariat art in the streets. As well as Marxist studies in the city and different communist’s groups. Oaxaca is know to have one of the most populated Indigenous state of Mexico so when ppl say “don’t listen to the white man (Marx)” it’s like?
