Warhammer is an inherently male themed series that just how it is, women can be part of it 0 issues with that. But things like female Custodians something that’s never existed and has a basis in lore for why it’s also not possible to be just retcon for virtue points is just ridiculous.

I get female custodians because those golden blokes are custom tailored, space marines are like shops or sum, different colours but the same (due to the gene seed allowing them to be male only, plus female space marines might make people forget about the sisters of battle🙏)

I have zero problem with female Space Marines, I just wish Games Workshop took time to flesh out and expand the factions that are already centered around women like the Sisters of Battle and Sisters of Silence. And the Dark Eldar to a lesser extent.
