This is a hard pill to swallow but I have to give it to you... It's NOT about you. Whenever you are presenting in front of an audience whether it be a work meeting in front of your colleagues or a keynote speech in front of hundreds of people, shift your focus towards the audience rather than on yourself. People are there to learn from you and take value from you, they're not thinking about you as much as you're thinking about yourself. By becoming audience conscious rather than self conscious, this can almost immediately minimise the overthinking and reduce nerves!
