@buckleyyy2: Replying to @marlamaeee my strength & conditioning routine🏋🏾‍♀️🤍 details listed below: warm up - dynamic stretching - 10 walk outs part 1 - ski erg sprint till you hit 10 cals - squat press x 10 repeat 3 times part 2 - 45 sec bike sprint - reverse lunges x 10 repeat 3 times part 3 - bicep curls x 10 - push ups x 8 - burpees x 10 repeat 3 times part 4 - shoulder taps for 1 min - leg raises for 1 min - russian twists for 1 min done! between each part is a 1min break and the more you do this routine the easier it becomes🖤 #fyp #gym #GymTok #strengthandconditioning #fitnessmotivation
