I wanna start this comment by saying I don’t mean to be negative, I don’t mean any disrespect. I don’t know anything about different countries especially France or the Postal Service system other than you’re supposed to be able to send mail to anywhere from anywhere. My question is are you sure it’s a US issue and not a France issue?
