live with this everyday, some days are better than others. i find things to distract myself with like music is my number 1 go to. always have my music playing and if a thought pops up that tries its best to upset me i tell myself no and distract my mind with something thats happening in the present. maybe this will help someone out there 🤗.. just take it one day at a time and be gentle to yourself
