Well i think its because September 30th 1998 It's a day I'll never forget. The cop inside me died that day. And that night, Raccoon City was wiped out, thanks to the bioweapons created by Umbrella. Somehow, I made it out. But too many others...weren't so lucky. I was "asked" later to join a top-secret government program. Not that I had a choice. The training, the punishing missions...nearly killed me, but at least they kept my mind off everything. If I could just forget what happened that night - the pain, even for a second? This time, it can be different. It has to.

He’s scared. Why wouldn’t he be scared, he’s had a parasite and fought through pretty much an entire town full of cultists with the same parasite and fully lost his bodily autonomy several times

at this point in the game, Leon has been awake and moving for at least 18 hours straight, aside from one 3 hour nap after he almost got eaten by the lake monster. the game starts in the late afternoon, and he might even be jetlagged, and then as soon as he steps out of the cop car he is on the move until Ashley is safe (again, not including involuntary black outs). boy is TIRED.

I've platinumed the game, Leon does sometimes shake in other sections if I remember. Not just the cold room, for the people in the comments. He is tired, and despite being an agent probably still scared as well

Paranoia…he remembers the morgue in the police station. Walking past what he thought was safe, only for the dead to reanimate before his eyes. I’m sure he can’t go past bodies without doing a double take. The mans seen sht that would give Sherry nightmares.
