I met my husband in the shipyard, I now stay home, we have birds for eggs , I cook and I budget. We do say no to a lot but we teach our kids proper values. They will not be spoiled and entitled. They have what they need and so do we. We value time and peace, not material things

I’m a sahm with 3 kids and my husband works he’s a police officer we made cuts every where and we make it work. I don’t get my nails or hair done. We don’t shop like crazy we buy stuff that last and we save. We aren’t struggling we just know there’s things in life we wanted more than material things. We have a new build house all the kids have their own rooms we have 2 vehicles and we pay the bills

all my cars are cash...we have no debt...we have no problem saying no...we live below what we could actually afford, I brought $200 shoes for work but they lasted me 3yrs before I needed a new pair...we are a sports family were a baseball bat is $300 or football stuff and gymnastics...but we are cheap, we don't eat out, I can cook, we don't spend money unnecessarily
