Itong Champorado Tiramisu ay pinaghalong dalawang iconic favorites, sa iisang dessert na hindi mo pwedeng palampasin! 🍫☕️✨ #BiteSizedPH Champorado Tiramisu #Recipe Ingredients: For the Champorado Base: 1 cup glutinous rice 3 cups water ½ cup tablea or unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup brown sugar Pinch of salt For the Tiramisu Cream: 1 pack (250g mascarpone or softened cream cheese) ½ cup chilled heavy cream ¼ cup condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pack lady fingers 1 tsp coffee + 1 cup warm water For the Chocolate Coconut Ganache: ½ cup coconut cream 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped 1 tbsp coconut oil Pinch of salt For Wrapping: Softened banana leaves, cut into rectangles String or twine Procedure: 1. Make the Champorado Base: In a saucepan, mix the water, unsweetened cocoa powder, and sugar. Add the cooked malagkit rice and stir until it fully absorbs the chocolate mixture. 2. Make the Tiramisu Cream: Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. In another bowl, mix mascarpone (or cream cheese), condensed milk, and vanilla. Fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture. Chill. 3. Assemble and Freeze: In a square or rectangular container lined with parchment: First, quickly soak the ladyfingers in the coffee mixture. Then, layer the champorado, and finally, layer the tiramisu cream. Smooth the top and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until solid. 4. Cut and Wrap: Using a round cookie cutter or cake mold, cut frozen champorado tiramisu into discs. Place each disc on a rectangle of softened banana leaf. Wrap like suman and tie with a string. 5. Make the Ganache: Heat the coconut cream until it simmers, then pour it over the chopped chocolate and coconut oil. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth and shiny. Add salt. Cool slightly to thicken. 6. Top and Serve: When ready to serve, unwrap the top part of the banana leaf. Spoon or drizzle chocolate coconut ganache on top.
