For those who don’t know what Zone 2 cardio is…: It is your aerobic zone, about 60–70% of your max heart rate (or where you can still hold a conversation but breathing feels heavier) Examples: brisk walking, incline treadmill walks, cycling, steady rowing, or jogging Aim for 2–4 Zone II sessions a week alongside strength training for the best results🫶🏼
