that “take it or never again” bugs me sooo much .. it’s withholding love/affection or communication for the sake of getting the response they need. it shows so clearly that the action or words wasn’t genuine, it was only to impose/force a certain reaction or outcome

These videos made me feel uncomfortable but I couldn't put my finger on why, especially since they're not even aimed at me. They feel kind of performative and sort of like they're expecting black women to feel honoured by their opinion which seems weird.

this trend could've been appreciating culture but now it seems like infantlizing acting like black people are creatures rather than ppl and making black people insecure some un insecure it's mixed.but I don't think white ppl should comment on black hair because it is such a sensitive topic for the whole race.
