@gabrielaabm_: Three ways I like to use Flaxseeds to improve my health, skin & hair ✨🎀 1. Cook 2 cups of water & 4 spoons of flaxseed in medium heat for 10 mins & strain as soon as its done. Once the gel is made. Cool for 30min-1hour in the fridge & apply for 1hr, once a week. Your hair will be longer & shinier 🫶🏼 2. After you’ve strained your flaxseed gel, keep the seeds & let them cool for 25 minutes. Later apply seeds in your face for 30 minutes for a “botox” effect. 3. Add warm/hot water to a cup & add green tea & 2 spoons of flaxseed. Green tea will help stimulate your scalp for hair growth as well as flaxseed.
