I live in a tropical country and fungal acne is pretty common. I've been observing your skin since I watch your videos for a while and I've also noticed that some of your acne might be fungal. did you ever asked your dermatologist about that? if not, it's a good question.

differin causes purging and was not recommended by my dermatologist. i tried it last year and waited it for for four months—no improvement. earlier this year, i went on doxycycline (3 months) + 0.025% tretinoin (daily) and that worked for a few months (i still break out, but not to the extent of a year ago, thanks to consistent tretinoin usage).
