@hispanahippie: One thing Imma do is book that flight cuz you know I can’t sit still! Part of being able to travel so often is planning, but being flexible with those plans. I set notifications for locations I want to visit for a certain number of days and leave the dates open but close to known holidays I’ll have off work. The minute I see a good fare pop up I’m buying it, but that still often means I’m booking travel at least six months out and that thinking ahead really saves me money I then put towards excursions and food.
