This. I have started doing this. I was stressing over things the bosses didn’t seem to care about. I’m still a work in progress but I am learning to walk away. As long as my patients are taken care of, the rest is not my responsibility. Until it is, I’m pulling back. Cause they sure didn’t give me the raise for all the stuff I was doing.
