Some of my favorite moments at my retreat Awaken the Dream happen around the fire. The amount of joy and love that happens when we sing, dance, express, play, tell stories, and just be free together, is pure medicine. We wonder why the world is so miserable, mean, and depressed when the answers are so simple… being in nature, human connection, movement, play, singing, dancing. It’s so simple. That’s why we’ve curated this retreat to be the ultimate reconnection back to truth. For one week, we immerse ourselves in to the beauty of nature in one of the most biodiverse places on the planet. We practice yoga, meditation, eat nourishing high vibrational meals, deepen into ceremony and ritual, vision our dreams, release blocks, go on adventures, connect with each other on a soul-level. After three years of the Awaken the Dream retreat, we are gathering this January 4-10th 2026 in Costa Rica for the LAST TIME!
