As a former cat owner he should never tug on the legs or tail like that and he shouldn’t wash him like that either…..LET ALONE TOUCH THE CAT LIKE THAT. that could’ve severely hurt the cats legs and could’ve dislocated his spine. Most can’t csnt handle water or costumes on them because it makes their fur coat heavy and overstimulating for the cat to process what’s going on and why they feel a heavy weight on them
