I'm from a neighboring municipality near Davao Oriental. And I can safely say na kaya di masyadong malala ang damage kasi wala naman pong malalaking infrastructures jan. Mostly rural area po jan. Though very thankful kasi di masyadong malaki ang pinsala. But to say na dahil "matibay ang pagkakagawa" is kinda wrong. sadyang wala lang talagang mga buildings na pwedeng masira kaya ganyan
