I JUST read a post yesterday where a black woman was clearly qualified and the best for the role. Even her candidates chose her as who they would work with. It’s insane! I will keep this in mind and move accordingly. Thank ya!

I always look up things about the company and ask a few questions regarding the role or company. Sometimes, you can have the qualifications but if you don’t seem interested they aren’t interested in pursuing you. I’m not saying this for all but some are like that.
