After leaving my 9-5 it was very hard for me to build a “consistent” or “perfect” routine I feel like there was a certain way or expectation of how your morning should look like to feel or be “productive” and while it’s somewhat true I still continue to be the student in this area as I am not a morning person, I’m a huge night owl but I know that setting the tone for your day starts in your morning routine so poco a poco voy mejorándome y always remember that it’s ok to sleep in and start your day 12/1pm (to an extent, not everyday) but don’t feel guilty for not having that perfect #rutinadelasmañanas because in reality no one does not even ME!! 🥹🫶🏽 Happy OCTOBER how did we get here?? #morningdayinthelife
