Warding and jungle tracking help. Issue about low elo is junglers do not path how they should which sometimes surprises you if your team doesn’t ward.

If you don’t see the enemy jungler, assume he is coming for you. Also, a good habit to have is keep track of you own jungler. I recommend looking into the concept of weak/strong side, if you have an other ally nearby you can be more greedy

I always ward the tribush and I always prepare to run into river if the jungler decides to flank but generally only high elo junglers do that so not that important.
