Step 1.. find a gym nearby that offers spaces for parents and children. Unfortunately most dont which is why my husband and I have to dedicate space in our home to workout equipment

Love this..wish there was a david lloyds near us, their gyms look so good! I’ve bit the bullet and got a PT recently..spent a lot of my sessions having to stop and bf baby so far but its better than nothing I guess 😅
