Tape off walls and floors. - Apply liquid wood to all surfaces with a brush in long even strokes. I used Retique It Light Wood Color. Paint two coats. Wait two hours in between coats. - Apply stain of choice. Allow it to sit on the surface for about two minutes before wiping it off with long even strokes.
