Prime example- finally getting myself a rollater and then doing a 5k for charity because walking was * so much easier*. And then questioning why when the next day I had one of the worst migraines of my life and had to stay in a dark room without moving, and spent the rest of the week recovering 😑

me when I don't use my mobility aids: my joints are on fire the whole day and can barely make it through a single activity me when I use my mobility aids and my joints don't hurt quite as much: I must be faking it, my joints don't hurt that much.

Remember that medication and mobility aids are not something you do once and the problem is gone, it's not flu medicine. It’s more like food or water — you wouldn't eat a huge meal one time then never be hungry again.

My Dr telling me I don't need B12 supplements any more because my B12 levels are normal... Yes because the SUPPLEMENTS are keeping it normal. Also I've started freely using a cane and compression stockings and it's been life changing, not that I remember that 😩
