So when Wendy's forgot my fries and I went all the way home before noticing- you know what I did? grumble to myself only, go back through the drive through and politely explain that they forgot my fries- they apologized and made the fries a large- I said thank you and went on with my day

All fries should come unsalted! Ya, I said it. All fries should come unsalted! Salt is something everyone enjoys differently! It's also a dietary restriction for some. Salt your own according to your taste! I personally despise salty food!

Good grief. Sometimes fast food workers forget something in my order, you know what I do? I respectfully tell them they forgot something, they apologize, give me the forgotten item, I thank them and then leave. I would never yell at employees, let alone attack them? Because…what? I’ve never thrown a temper tantrum in public for any reason. These are grown adults

geeze. and here I thought ordering two mcdoubles w/extra pickles and not getting the meat patties was rather annoying as I walked in 99 degrees to get lunch for my mom and I. all I did was politely request a manager and ask if they noticed what was wrong with my order when showing the receipt. they picked up the bag and sighed before going into the prep area and started actually blowing up "Who made this order? WHO MADE THIS ORDER?!?!" someone in the back said that they made it as ordered. like 'dude... a bun, pickles, onions, and ketchup do not a burger make.' the manager offered to refund the money but I asked if I could get an ice cream instead because of the heat and having to walk back to fix the issue. he gave me 2.

I used to work at a KFC and had a pew pew pulled on me in the drive thru because we were out of extra crispy chicken for about 10 minutes...it was still cooking.

When I was the GM of KFC I had a guy threaten to sue us over Ranch. I gave him 2 for his 3 tenders and he came inside throwing a fit he didn’t get more. He was yelling at all of my employees. We’re only supposed to give 1 pack of sauce for 3 tenders so I told him he’d have to pay 25 cents each for additional ranch. He was sooo mad. If he had ask nicely I would have given him the sauce no problem.

worked at a kfc in the 90s. guy pulled away before I gave him his second bag. came in, jumped the counter, punched the manager, got tackled by the cook. looked at the guy as I'm holding the bag, you pulled away before I could hand it to you. people are crazy

yo I have gone to a fast food restaurant that I had ordered a chicken sandwich that came out 3 times burnt so bad it was almost black and so over cooked it was dryer than the sahara desert , I was frustrated yes but never once did I think to throw a tantrum or even show i was frustrated 😒😒 even when the 3rd time it came out it was still burnt and dry. wtf is wrong with people
