This is exactly how i was let go. My position was eliminated. I still got unemployment checks.

What can you do if you have PTO that was not used, and you have a copy of the employee handbook that does not say that you forfeited your PTO? I have screenshots, I want to speak with you. I also have 2 phones so I have proof of everything I say.

I walked in and was told I was fired. I went back to the break room quickly cleaned out the few things in my locker and left. When I came back a few weeks later to pick up all my paycheck s they said one was missing too bad, handed me one, and withheld the other claiming I had to turn in 2 years of every uniform I didn’t pay for. This is not in the handbook. I filed a labor dept complaint in April 2024. I have heard nothing.

No Hr present but direct supervisor day supervisor a d manager. Told I would need more than 10 minutes to gather and turn equipment. Was told I'd know the outcome day bedore by a higher up. Continued to use eye mails to discuss case work matters with supervisor, manager, etc till they realized they needed to cut me off. I was tempted to use that opportunity to say goodbye to everyone 😂

they didn’t even tell me i was fired. lol i was removed from the group chat. and then booted out of hotschedules. it was right after a serious hr complaint too. they said it was bc of callouts

Yes and problem was that i was head of infrastructure and security. They called me for weeks and months to help them out and fix stuff but i refused or would send invoice and got fired for asking where is that salary raise promised for 18 months but never delivered
