Brandon Gregory was arrested in Mohave County for the murder of his wife, 41-year-old Alison Gregory. He was booked on charges of second-degree murder, manslaughter, tampering with physical evidence and concealment of a dead body. Court documents say the couple were separated, and their divorce was pending. Surprise Police were contacted Wednesday about Alison Gregory, who had gone missing. She was supposed to pick up her mother at the airport but never arrived. When police arrived at the couple’s home that afternoon, they found signs of a “physical struggle” and a small drop of blood in the hallway. Investigators began looking for the couple’s vehicles, a Subaru Ascent and a Ram 1500 pickup. They found Brandon Gregory’s pickup truck in a parking lot roughly two miles from the home. Inside the truck were a notebook and luggage.Police requested other law enforcement agencies assist in the search for Alison Gregory’s Subaru. The investigation led to the Burro Creek Campground in Wikieup, more than 100 miles from the couple’s home. There, investigators found Brandon Gregory in the Subaru and Alison Gregory’s body in the back seat.Court documents say Brendon Gregory told police the couple’s home was in the process of being sold, and Alison Gregory had asked him to leave. He claimed their argument turned physical when his wife kicked him in the groin area while holding a wooden baseball bat, according to police. The suspect told authorities he took the bat from his wife, and she began to run around the home, screaming. He then reportedly admitted to hitting her several times with the bat, court paperwork states. Brandon Gregory says he administered CPR as Alison Gregory was lying on the floor, but she stopped breathing. Documents say he wrapped her up in carpeting and put her inside the Subaru. He then allegedly cleaned up the blood on the walls and put the cleaning supplies inside the Subaru. Police say Brandon Gregory drove his truck to the parking lot before getting an Uber back home. He then reportedly drove off in the Subaru, throwing his wife’s cell phone and Apple Watch in a trash can at a gas station in Wickenburg. Court paperwork states once he arrived at the campground, he got rid of the bat in an open field. While authorities searched the Subaru, police say they found an apology letter Brandon Gregory had written to his children, “requesting their forgiveness for his actions.”At the suspect’s initial court appearance Friday, Alison Gregory’s mother, brother and sister spoke about her brutal murder. “Brandon murdered our sister and devastated our family. He left two children motherless. He stole a beloved sister from three siblings and a daughter from loving parents. Our family is horrified by these actions and broken. We are completely devastated,” Alison Gregory‘s sister said. “We ask the court to please have denied bail because he took her life just as she was about to divorce him and start a fresh chapter.” Alison Gregory‘s brother shared how his sister had been trying to separate from Brandon Gregory for the past year. “He lied and manipulated his way back into her life. She uncovered more lies, lie after lie. The guy’s entire life has been a lie. He’s a manipulator and a murderer. We ask that you deny any bond and don’t ever let him out again,” he said.Alison Gregory‘s mother was emotional during the appearance, calling Brandon Gregory a coward. “Alison struggled so hard to get away from him, and she was so close to it. He took her away from us. Please, please, do not ever let him out again,” she said. “He is such a coward. If he wanted to kill somebody, why didn’t he kill himself?... Brandon, I hate you forever. I hope you never, ever, ever get out of prison.” Brandon Gregory’s bond was set at $2 million.#crimereelswithjojo #us #uscrime #us #fyppp #fypppppppppppppp #Arizona #BrandonGregory #justice
