I get that this is normal in a Hispanic household but that’s why our community has a high rate in diabetes and high blood pressure. In moderation is fine but everyday? Even those breads have lots of sugar. Growing up I always struggled losing weight and even now I struggle getting rid of those bad habits

girl they can F off! i been drinking coffee since i was 5 😝 it’s a core memory w/ my aunt & tim (like an uncle). i would sit at the table & drink my coffee w/ cookies❤️they will be fine, that’s nothing compared to what they have me 😂
