I had a boss who wasn’t in the office ever but would watch us on the cameras. She forbid us from drinking anything so we wouldn’t go to the bathroom and we couldn’t speak AT ALL unless it was about work. She called me 2 minutes after I asked my only coworker how her weekend was and yelled at me.

We figured out to go on break the same time. One person would scan out and 3 of us would go. Next break i would scan out. They started telling us we needed to take breaks. Then it messed up overtime and my company terminated the program.

I worked security at a meta call center. They used RFID cards to scan in and out of every single door in and out the building. only security had this information, no one within the company was allowed to access these records, unless it was a incident report that we initiated

worked at a call center. the computer tracked when you went to the bathroom so it would not send calls to you in bathroom mode. you had 7 minutes of bathroom mode a day.

Under this administration especially OSHA is a joke…. However, technically access to water and restroom breaks is protected. If you have medication or condition that makes you urinate more frequently…. That’s also protected under reasonable accommodations.
