Y'all, Mega Starmie's dex entry confirms Starmie is an alien. The mega is it trying to become more human. It also was given +140 stats instead of just +100, which we assume is a placeholder +40 attack as it'll likely get Huge/Pure Power, as it's a physical attacker.
