@tylerpath: Boldest statement I’ll make, but pretty much any lat focused row (especially machine) is gonna be better done unilaterally. It’s more stable since you can brace with the off hand and the chest support won’t be pressing as hard on your sternum since you’re using half the weight. #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding
