This is untrue. The reason why mcdonalds look modern isnt because of VCs. It is due modernization and keeping with trends. The old style look of McDonalds isnt drawing customer and the lease up to renewal. Both help the franchisee able to update the facility and assets.

Starbucks is also a Real Estate company masquerading as a coffee joint, a Starbucks Exec once told me this many years ago and I was surprised but a bit of research clarified it.

The very thing happened in my neighborhood. But the traditional McD building was razed and a bank replaced it. Elsewhere in the city it was out with the old and in with the new style. Giant shift as a business model. Watch their stock.

Why are people hating on the new McDonald’s look so much? I absolutely love it. It’s not made just for kids, it’s for everyone to enjoy. Doing the redesign was one of their best moves. That along with other fast food chains. Upgrade and innovate. I don’t want a McDonald’s that from the 90’s.

Fast Food in General is Just junk. It May have not always been healthy but the quality was a lot better back in the 90s & 00s. I quit eating from those places back in 2014. Don’t miss it

I just found an article today that said that McDonald’s is pretty much a pyramid scheme. They don’t make money off of the food only the franchise is make money off of food.
