@drteplinsky: October 13th is Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day and I am asking you to leave your questions on metastatic breast cancer in the comments. I’m also highlighting two press releases for the ASCENT-04 and Tropion-Breast02 studies that will be presented at the European Society of Medical Oncology 2025 Meeting later this week. These studies are for metastatic triple negative PD-L1 negative breast cancer in patients who are not candidates for checkpoint inhibitors looking at Trodelvy or Datroway (antibody drug conjugates). More in the video! #tnbc #metastaticbreastcancer #mbc #stage4needsmore
my oncologist said the aromatase inhibitors only work to kill the bad cells everywhere in the body except where the cancer was and only the radiation will kill the bad cells there....is this true?

What are oncologists doing at the 5 year mark for premenopausal hormone positive BC? After 5 years of OS&AI - are people continuing OS? Switching to tamoxifen alone?

I had two types of cancer in my breast. HER2- ER+ AND some TNBC cells. How did this happen? I’m BRCA2+ btw. Finished treatments six months ago. Love your content - so much hope. 🩷

What about if your PDL1 negative metastatic breast cancer but had keytruda apart of the keynote 522 in the past and keytruda kept you cancer free for a year when you did it stand alone.

options for treating MBC HR+,Her2 negative with esr1 negative via tissue and ctdna, that is showing resistance to 2 AIs, and Verzenio (massive multisite progression liver, lung, bone, adrenals after only 3 months on those?) Do you still try Fulvestrant and another CDK4? do you try elacestrant or the new Imnulestrant? Do you move straight to ADC? or just do straight chemo?🤔

Thank you so much for continually posting about these breast cancer research updates! I’m a TNBC survivor and have kids that are possibly BRCA1 positive. These posts give me hope that they won’t have to go through what I’ve gone through
