They really never changed. That toxic culture at AIM is deeply rooted. I’m just glad I resigned almost four years ago…life’s been so much better with my current employer. So to those thinking of applying there, think twice. 😉

against dole, employer must inform their employees 30days prior the retrenchment date…tpos after 30days separation pay, last pay and 13th month dapat mkuha on or before 30th day after retrenchment day

Grabe no? My previous company was precious to me and to my colleagues. Been with them almost 7yrs. Then last year the company decided to close and transition abroad. Sobrang sakit. Ang gaan ng buhay namin sknla. 😭

need ng atleast 1 month notice to the employees and dole before the retrenchment date. and then at least 0.5 - 1 month salary per yrs of service
