I think humans over complicate what happens after death because our minds can’t accept the reality of ceasing to exist, to remember, to just be gone. But I think it may really be that simple. Of course we’ll never know, but part of me feels a small comfort in just nothingness after death. Because we can’t be sad about it. It’s just done and you aren’t conscious or aware of anything. We all want to think our lives mean something. Fact is we are a living thing with a conscious. There is not one single shred of evidence that anything exists after we die! From the beginning man wanted to believe in a higher power to give their live meaning. Our lives have no meaning except in our conscious mind. Love in joy this all ends the same way for all of us. We die and our conscious stops existing.
