Try going to the gym in the morning with vs without eating 4 Rice Krispies 30 mins before you workout and tell me u don’t feel a difference.

Raisins within 30 mins of a workout drives my workouts, but have been cutting. Being in a surplus and eating enough either way would reduce the benefit.
