Your head defines your whole technique. ❌ If it moves too much or too late, your body follows it, your line breaks, and you start to fight the water instead of moving through it. Even half a second of delay when turning to breathe can make you lose balance and speed. 🔥 So when should you actually breathe? ✅ The rule is simple: your head should always move with your body, never on its own.
