so based on the Walgreens cap that is what we call a cenfill bottle that bottle did not get filled at the pharmacy it got filled at a fill site and shipped there but if you read the label there should be a description of the pill that should be in the bottle as well as the manufacturer name if the manufacturer names are different they are going to look different

The manufacturer may have changed. So many drugs are on shortage right now. There should be a description of the tablet on your label.
