@wilderness9999: Dorze women's vegetable bread is one of the most unique culinary traditions in southern Ethiopia. It is made from the sieve, also known as "fake banana", an essential plant in the life of this village. The Dorze women are responsible for harvesting, fermenting and preparing the dough that is extracted from the stem of the sieve. After a long underground fermentation process, the dough is cooked in green leaves over the fire, giving burn to a thick, flexible, slightly acidic bread called kocho. #inspirationofafrica#tribelife#Foodie#nature#family
