There is generally a SEQUENCE & joint specific GOAL to a session 🎯 For example, it can look a little like this 👇 - Warm Up for blood flow 🔥 - Release work to access more range 🎾 - Dynamic stretches & activation drills - Isometrics, eccentrics & tempo work in JOINT specific ranges - Full Range of Motion Strength Training Basically there is a fair amount to it & copying saved posts may not scratch the itch you’re looking for!
