@sophie.riichards: Day 14: PICK YOUR POISON A mistake I make (and a lot of other people do too!) is going ALL IN on anti-inflammatory living - whichh does work for some (and did for me when it comes to eating) …but, it’s not for everyone, and especially when it comes to products…can lead to overwhelm, and eventually giving up! THAT STOPS TODAY! So - todays tip of the day for our anti-inflammatory series is picking your poison…pick one thing you want to swap to a more natural version (whatever you want…skin care, body wash, makeup, candles - whatever!) … And SWAP to a more natural alternative! I love body wash swaps as we use them all the time - I love wild, and I think fussy have one too now?? So will have to give it a go! Then your “poison” - this word is very dramatic I know - but the saying works well for this concept! My poison is my deodorant - you’ve seen me try all the best natural brands, and they work for so many but for me I get this annoying rash with all of them!! So I just use a non natural one - dove! One day i hope to have a full non-toxic skincare/body care set-up … but I’ll get there one product at a time!
