I think this is why preordering books by minority and queer authors is really important, but I agree it’s so hard to find good books on book seller shelves in the time of romantasy.

I managed to get it in the first release at a BAM. So I didn’t realize availability has been an issue. Is this a problem that could have been sort of prevented by telling Barnes & Noble no, so as to not hurt the smaller bookstore partners? I mean why not make B&N wait instead?
