Alright I was disappointed this wasn’t already in the comments, so I went down a wikihole. There are 6 American towns named Paoli - in Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. However, our historian here specifies on the East coast and some are also named after Corsican villages, so I’m not entirely sure that is what he’s referring to. Only Paoli, PA was extant during the revolution.
