@miss_over_independent: Justice and Education – Why Perception and Reality Often Diverge I keep noticing — both on social media and in real life — that people’s sense of justice is strongly influenced by their level of education and social environment. People who grow up in less educated or unstable environments often tend to develop a very emotion-driven sense of injustice. They feel mistreated or wronged, even in situations where, from an objective or legal point of view, no real injustice has occurred. This is not necessarily due to a lack of intelligence, but rather a lack of differentiation, which is deeply shaped by one’s surroundings. What feels “normal” in one’s environment defines the personal measure of right and wrong. Those who grow up in an environment where respect, responsibility, and legal awareness are lived values, naturally develop a more precise understanding of justice in both a moral and legal sense. But those who grow up surrounded by rule-breaking, aggression, or even criminal behavior often learn that justice is something negotiable — or subjective. The core problem is this: A feeling of injustice does not equal actual injustice. Many people emotionally cannot distinguish between • “I feel treated unfairly,” and • “My legal rights have actually been violated.” In a complex legal system like Germany’s, that distinction is crucial. Our Basic Law (Grundgesetz) and the legal principles derived from it are, in fact, remarkably close to an objective idea of justice — even if there are still areas that could be improved or modernized. Yet while the legal system is based on rationality, evidence, and structure, public debate — especially online — often takes place on the level of emotion and outrage. This creates a widening gap: people from less educated backgrounds often lose trust in justice, not because it is unjust, but because they were never taught to differentiate between law, morality, and emotion. So in the end, justice is not only a matter of law — it’s a matter of education. Those who understand how laws are created, why rules exist, and which values the constitution aims to protect, realize one important truth: Our legal system is far less unjust than many believe — it’s simply more complex than many understand. #deutschland #gambiantiktokers #gambiantiktok #germanhistory #gbg @Elli Happy ❤️🙏🌼 @KingJay🇺🇸 @❣️Queen of my own❣️ @🇩🇪 Cinderella 🇩🇪
