I understand that it can feel underwhelming, but the last episode was James Gunns love letter to the real Chris’s in the world. I would’ve loved to see a big fight between Flag Sr and him, but I’m excited to see what comes next.

I think the ending wasnt horrible but it was underwhelming, I find salvation interesting but theres a lot more stuff in the episode that couldve been shorter. I hope in the next season of creature commandos salvation is involved in some way shape or form.

Yall expected huge cameos, and James never said there would be. DCU is a slow burn, but a good one. All slow burns are, they have to build a great fire. Give it time. This was Chris coming to terms that he had always been controlled, and needs to be in control, while his friends give him the reality check he needs- all while being kidnapped and setting up the events for MOT
