We go there to remember the lost. I once travelled with a group of friends (we are Australian) and the boys all thought it would be great to drink at every temple and sacred place we visited and create a cheers montage. Safe to say I’m no longer friends with them. One of the guys also got engaged on that trip and my ex friend has just given birth to another mans child. I guess she finally realised he was toxic.
